What is CrossFit? CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that is designed to elicit as broad an adaptational physical response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but rather it focuses on competency in each of the ten recognized fitness domains; cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. We offer CrossFit classes for everyone. All classes are coached by a CrossFit certified instructor so you get the benefits of personal training in a motivational community environment.
