Ring Dips – as many unbroken, full range of motion as possible
Rest 60 seconds
Ring Rows – as many unbroken, rigid plank position, full range of motion as possible
Rest 60 seconds

and then,

Three sets for time of:
50 Double Unders
Sprint 200 Meters
50-Yard Sled Pull
Rest 2 minutes
