Workout of the Day:
Five rounds for time of:
Kettlebell Swings x 25 reps
Single-Arm DB Snatch + 2 Lunge Steps (with DB overhead) x 10 reps (i.e., 10 snatches, 20 steps)
Run 400 Meters
